If you cancel 24 hours in advanced of the event, you’ll receive a full refund. No refunds if you cancel within 24 hours of the event.

Events such as tournaments or leagues that we host will have their own cancellation policies in the description. Typically, full refunds can be expected if canceled within 3-5 days of the event. After that, you’ll receive some amount of PB Dollars in virtual credit.
